- Ensuring timely and equitable investigation, evaluation, and disposition of all claims submitted to the company. Achieving fair and equitable settlements is also a top priority.
- Monitoring and controlling loss adjustment expenses.
- Contributing to a favorable image for the Program by maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, insurers, insureds, and agents through ongoing communication during the settlement process.
- Providing training to ensure a competent claim staff to satisfy the requirements of the clients.
