Midwest Claims Service is responsible for discharging the legal obligations of its clients through the expeditious payment of covered claims.   In the execution of this responsibility, Midwest must endeavor to provide clients, policyholders, and agents with service of the highest caliber, yet conduct its affairs in a fashion that is both cost-effective and efficient.  Skillful and professional claims handling are essential to the programs and clients services by Midwest to be competitive in the marketplace.  Concurrently, Midwest must establish a favorable image with clients, agents and policyholders.  This would fall into the area of customer relations and is best accomplished through prompt contact upon receipt of the loss notice.  Our ongoing communication with our clients, agents and insureds throughout the adjusting process is intended to reinforce their decision that the selection of the Program, and Midwest was a sound one.
